My friend is an independent distributor route sales. He owns a bread delivery route. What would be the best accounting software for him to use to keep track of his business expenses?- I am not a professional when it comes to accounting or book keeping but i used to use Quickbooks and changed to MYOB just over a year ago. Both programs are fantastic. Quickbooks i would say is a little easier to use and the search options for transactions are great. MYOB is a little bit trickier yet very similar. As mentioned by someone else. you really should invest in a book keeper to consolidate EOM and ensure that all deposits / payments / purchases / outgoings are entered into the correct accounts. Things can get messy and if not done correctly or corrected, BAS / TAX would be incorrect
